Zach Gwin heads up asset management for Eagle Point’s portfolio and leads development on new properties. With over 12 years in real estate private equity, Zach has managed transactions worth over $1 billion. Before joining Eagle Point, he ran Timberlane Partners’ hotel investment team in Los Angeles and Seattle, where he expanded their portfolio from a single 50-room hotel to a 500-room collection across the West Coast. Zach kicked off his career in New York with KeyBanc’s investment banking analyst program and holds a BSBA in Finance and Real Estate Finance from The Ohio State University. He brings a hands-on, strategic edge to managing complex real estate assets and delivering solid results for investors and partners.
