Bailey is responsible for supporting asset management and development initiatives through detailed financial modeling and market analysis. She brings a strong background in real estate and financial analysis to the team. Before joining Eagle Point, Bailey worked as a Real Estate Private Equity Analyst at Ares Management, focusing on complex valuations for real estate secondaries, including LP interests and GP-led transactions. She started her career hands-on with internships at companies like Marriott and The Breakers. Bailey holds a Master of Management in Hospitality with a minor in Real Estate from Cornell University and graduated summa cum laude with a BBA from Stetson University.
