Erik Warner was formerly a Principal and Managing Director of Ramsfield Hospitality Finance, backed by CarVal Investors (previously Cargill Value Investment), where he managed all new lending, acquisitions, and asset management.  In addition to helping launch the platform, during his tenure he was involved in over $325 million of hotel debt and equity investments.  Prior to RHF, Erik worked with Jones Lang LaSalle in its hotel investment sales group and HVS International, a hotel appraisal company.  As a hospitality industry expert, Erik regularly provides observations and commentary for national and international publications.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.

Stephen Chan was previously with HEI Hotels & Resorts, one of the nation’s fastest growing private hotel owner/operators, where he was directly involved in the acquisition, development and sale of over $2.0 billion of hotel real estate.  Prior to HEI, Stephen was an asset manager of a $1.5 billion portfolio of full-service and luxury hotels at SCS Advisors on behalf of Walton Street Capital and JMB Realty.  He started his career at HVS International at the San Francisco office and was one of the first associates to execute feasibility studies of hotel developments along the West Coast following the 1990s recession.  Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
Tommy Naples started his career in hotel operations at both independent hotels and brands including Marriott International and Intercontinental Hotel Group.  He was part of the pre-opening and leadership operations team for the Marlton Hotel in New York City. At EPHP, Tommy is an Associate in asset management and acquisitions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from West Virginia University and a Master of Science in Hospitality Industry Studies from New York University.

Bailey Busscher is an Analyst at Eagle Point Hotel Partners. Prior to joining Eagle Point, she started her career as a Real Estate Private Equity Analyst at Ares Management where she was on the Real Estate Secondaries team. Bailey performed complex financial analysis and valuations for a variety of asset classes to determine the viability of particular funds for the purchase of LP interests or GP led transactions. Bailey graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stetson University and received a Master of Management in Hospitality degree with a minor in Real Estate from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
